@caubut-charter the mailing list is currently specific to this sub project here, and I proposed deliberately to use the old naming style for mailing list (an three-letter-abbreviation) which not necessarily need to match the name exactly.

As soon as your clarification with Home Devices QoS (about a common mailing list) and/or the name your Sub Project is done, we can do changes to adapt the mailing list and even the repository name (https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/creating-and-managing-repositories/renaming-a-repository isn't a dangerous thing).
