fix(errorTracking): add user configuration to sentry

Proposed Changes

• set Sentry tags according to v8 standards (cf. https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/blob/develop/CHANGELOG.md#other-deprecation-removalschanges). configureScope is deprecated.
• Explicitly set user to editor ID
