This feature flag has been removed nearly a year ago in favor of automated codec selection, and as such should not be documented here anymore.

This adds what version some feature flags were introduced in. This was checked against the Anbox code and should be accurate.

The av1 feature flag has been removed nearly a year ago in favor of automated codec selection, and as such should not be documented here anymore.
In addition, this PR also adds missing version information for the other feature flags.
