Lint fails because conf.py/custom_conf.py/build_requirements.py from the starter pack; will be fixed in later PRs, this PR only contains update directly from the starter pack. |

Fix furo theme color issues from the starter pack. There will be 3 PRs in total, this is PR 2/3, merge this one secondly after this one: #1163.
