OpenPBTA: Add VarDict data back to the SNV analysis after the file is fixed #2

I'm temporarily removing VarDict from the SNV Caller analysis because of issues with its file tracked here.

Once these issues with the files are resolved, VarDict needs to be re-added to the analysis.
