This plugin provides the tools for the Journal Manager of a journal to add submissions and publish them without having to pass through the whole submission process.

OJS 3.0.2 or greater. PHP 5.4 or greater.
The QuickSubmit plugin integrates the main features of a submission and in no way substitutes the submission process. It can not be used by the authors. It can be considered an administrative tool for the Journal Managers.

- Copy the release source into the PKP product's plugins/importexport folder.
- Run
tools/upgrade.php upgradeto allow the system to recognize the new plugin, if OJS doesn't do that automatically - Go to Administration -> Tools -> Import/Export -> QuickSubmit Plugin
