This patch series does what the title requests, and makes one adjustment to the Spear Phishing example. New files following the name pattern
$(example_name)-prov.ttlare generated usingcase_prov_rdf, and this caused the hand-written filespear_phishing-prov.ttlto be overwritten. So, as a side effect of this patch series, that file has been translated to JSON-LD atspear_phishing-prov.json.
