Dropping gotfo

Trying to make TCP Fast Open work in Go with gotfo is a nightmare and cause troubles: cbeuw/GoQuiet-android#2

This version of GoQuiet stopped using gotfo and dropped TCP Fast Open support and started using the new Dialer type in go1.11 to implement file descriptor protection callback (needed in Android).

It is still backward-compatible
