The following paths are searched: /etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.conf, /boot/modprobe.conf and /data/etc/modprobe.conf and used if present. They can be used load some kernel modules with custom parameters or to be blacklisted.
The standard modprobe.conf directives are supported. The most notable ones are options and blacklist:
