Adds Dockerfile to make generating the files consistent and more flexible. Now it's also possible to keep the Docker image up to date. This also updates go dependencies and adds dependabot.yml to automatically update dependencies in the future. Signed-off-by: Luca Comellini <luca.com@gmail.com>
