Upgrading to Polkadot v0.9.29

Research/based on

https://github.com/paritytech/polkadot/releases/tag/v0.9.29

How will this affect the code base

We have to upgrade all our polkadot dependencies, as well as

  • orml-*
  • fudge
  • uniques
  • chainbridge

What are forseen obstacles or hurdles to overcome?
