Currently there is an unimplemented feature in multisample which involves measuring the accuracy of the estimated strain relative abundance profiles in a timeseries. This requires bits of info from three previous workflow steps, which would necessitate a 3-way cross() of channels. Is this possible? Can it be done as two successive channel crosses?
