Various fixes and improvements

Problem

• For a TV show project, the "Add Tasks" modal on the Edits section will load the wrong list of task types.
• A long click on the item of the people selection (eg. in the "Assigned to" filter) doesn't select the person.

Solution

• Fix the loading of task types for Edits.
• Fix the person selection with a long click on the people field.

In addition, bump some npm dependencies and code refactors.
