  1. Add isysroot argument even for system llvm 

    This appears to be necessary on Mac OS X 11.6.1 with
Homebrew llvm version 11.1.0.

  3. Add -I and -L paths according to sysroot 

    This seems to be necessary on Mac OS 11.6 and newer.
