+Cookstyle has been updated from 5.0 to 5.1.19 with twenty-four new Chef specific cops to detect, and in many cases, to auto-correct errors in your cookbook code. With the release of Cookstyle 5.1, we have started the process of replacing Foodcritic with Cookstyle. Cookstyle offers a modern configuration system, auto-correction, and a faster and more reliable engine thanks to RuboCop. We will continue to port useful rules from Foodcritic to Cookstyle, as well as add rules that were not possible in the legacy Foodcritic engine.
