This is needed to build Virtualbox guest additions now (and might have been for some time).
Fedora 28 installation fails if it's not allowed to install linux-firmware. This is the only difference in the Kickstart files.

Fixes #1034.
I only tested with Virtualbox, but I didn't change anything particular in the builder config so I hope the other providers keep working. Also, this needs to be built with Virtualbox 5.2.10 because older versions of the guest additions don't support Linux 4.16 and fail to compile.
