This PR adds templates for Ubuntu 14.04 (released today).
It very closely follows the Ubuntu 13.10 templates with very few changes.
For lack of a better way to test I've built all new template variants and brought up each as a new vagrant box then installed
vagrant-omnibus. I've seen no issues.
