oh. looks like travis is using a pre-winrm version of packer. Upgrading to latest. What could go wrong? Its just a minor release! |

This adds a Windows nano server box. I have running
bin/bento build windows-nano-tp3on ubuntu 14.04 server, copied the .box file to a windows box with virtual box. Then vagrant Up'd it and it worked.
