The heading that tells you what version of Chocolatey you are running is not shown if the released version is four digits long - this was something implemented with 59dba8c, but when it was switched to three digit versions, over a year ago, it was not noticed. Having a couple of patch versions to 0.10.6 has hidden it again, but that adds confusion as it removes the heading.

When the released version is four digits long, you don't see the heading.
This is due to a change for 0.9.9.9 (59dba8c) that removed the heading.
However, when 0.9.10 came out over a year ago, the heading started showing
up again. When a version came out with a patch recently that was four digits
long, the heading disappeared again. Show the heading always unless limiting
output.

In 0.10.6.1, you don't see the above message.
