When attempting to install, upgrade or uninstall an extension, it may
have locked files that are in use by choco, thus causing the command to
fail. Rename any dll files that are found to ensure that locked files
do not cause an error on upgrade.

If the extension folder doesn't exist, do not attempt to search or
delete any files in it.
