Hi @wardi - I think I'm still having problems with using Docker on MacOS to test this properly however the changes look good and I'm happy to merge |

debugpy needs to be installed from the install script, and the
ckanhome directory/srv/appneeds to be writable to install vscode inside the container (also useful for files like .bash_history when developing)
