Big Brothers and Big Sisters Application Portal

Big Brothers and Big Sisters (BBBS) Application Portal is designed to add efficiencies to the mentorship recruitment process in the organization. At this time BBBS is experiencing a sharp drop off between the number of mentor applications and the number of mentors they actually recruit. With this web application BBBS hopes to engage mentors in the intake process by giving them the power to complete all onboarding tasks and get quick feedback from BBBS staff when required.

Installation

Open 2 separate terminal windows:

Use the npm package manager and browse to the frontEnd folder

npm run serve

Use the npm package manager and browse to the backEnd folder

npm run dev

Then go to localhost:8080 to deploy the project

Usage

This application will be used by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Calgary
