Before, we sectioned off dynamic completions because of how immature it is.
Since then, it has grown a lot and this is exploring what the final API should look like.
Besides API stability, there is the question of whether this is mature enough for general use due it only completing whole arguments and not mid-argument completions. That will only come with testing.
