The overall goal of this release is to improve the user experience of friend-oauth2.

In particular, focus will be put upon the examples, providing a recommendation for fully backwards-compatible boilerplate reduction.

With that done, an effort will be made to bring generalized common services under the friend-oauth2.service namespace, for the convenience of users.
