Add support for SentinelOne posture check operational_state field

Add support for the operational_state SentinelOne Agent field for ZT Dash admins to use in Service Provider Posture Rules. This PR has a subsequent Terraform PR:

Changes have not been tested as they require a SentinelOne Service-to-Service (S2S) integration on the Cloudflare Terraform testing account.
