Releasing Houndigrade

The flow to release a new tagged artifact for houndigrade is as follows:

  1. Merge code to master
  2. Navigate to ci.ext and observe the :latest image be built and pushed.
  3. If you're happy with the image, you can proceed to create a new release here, please follow the semver and release note pattern of the previous releases.
  4. Navigate back to the earlier job on ci.ext and Rebuild it. The script will note the presence of a new tag, and build it.
  5. Images should now be available in quay.io
