- clean-up sidebar styling (consistent headings, real tags, remove evergreen components) - more abstraction around Tag component (variants, etc) - abstract Collapse - replace Badge with Tag in documents index view

In sidebar, tags now look like this:
Using tags in documents view; added a muted style to make them less prominent but deferring any major work here because I think the main index view needs a (stylistic) overhaul.
