Description of the bug
when ever you wear the uniform that can remove top half aka "jacket" or uniform that have no shirt at all the undershirt missing
What's the difference with what should have happened?
it should have undershirt,Bra or what ever in undershirt
How do we reproduce this bug?
just wear any uniform that have no shirt and have undershirt on
or USCM uniform then toggle jacket
