Weights for a model

To overcome LFS size limitations, uploading the weights in releases section. Unzip the contents of the zip file, it should create a weights folder in root directory. Example:

/starrem2k13.exe
/weights/checkpoint
/weights/weights.data-00000-of-00001
/weights/weights.index
