Enables single precision in Ipopt, by using the configure flag --enable-single-precision, which defines the macro IPOPT_SINGLE in the source. Pardiso is currently the only interfaced solver. Closes #403.

Looks like the e-mail address associated with the commits is different from the one in your Github account. I merged this into branch devel for now, since I might want to do some small changes, probably add a test in travis, add a mention in the docu, etc.
