This PR adds support for
--attachto attach additional context like Jira tickets to access requests with Common Fate.e.g
assume --attach KAN-123Why?

How did you test it?
Tested against a dev environment, both providing one or more attach flags, supplying none when they are required will cause a prompt to be shown.
An invalid ticket will return a validation error
