It looks like either netcdf or hdf5 need to be bumped to be mutually satisfied?

- Encountered problems while solving:
-   - package libnetcdf-4.9.2-nompi_h8f7229f_100 requires hdf5 >=1.14.0,<1.14.1.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed

The HDF5 migration is stuck due to conda-forge/libnetcdf-feedstock#182

New libnetcdf build is available
