Flux Usernetes

These are different means to deploy usernetes and Flux on the cloud. If you are looking for a local, virtual-machine based solution, see flux-lima

• aws: Deployed on AWS via terraform and a custom AMI.
• azure: Deployed on Azure with Infiniband (further work coming in next few months)
• google: Deployed on Google Cloud with ethernet.
