Updated documentation so people can:

• create a new component

Button focus style

Release of buttons from @coopdigital/foundations-buttons 1.2.13 > 1.3.0 fixes an issue where buttons still had the old dotted outline style.

This is now solid orange hex #eb5f1e; or var var(--color-link--focus).

Notifications: Information and alert

Added two new components to the design system:

These are test release notes to see what comes through to the Slack channel. But the new components are real.
