Supported features:

• Voice tag to specify speaker <voice name='p226'>
• Phoneme tag to specify pronunciation <phoneme ph="kɛnˈəʊbɪ">
• Break tag to pause speech <break strength="weak"/>
• Emphasis tag <emphasis level="moderate">
• Prosody tag to change pitch, rate and volume <prosody rate="slow" pitch="-2st">
