This enables relocating source and build trees to different roots, provided they stay reachable relative to one another. Useful for builds done within a sandbox where the eventual root is prefixed by some undesirable path component.

A new field was introduced in 74d4699, bi_partno, instead of using bdev->bd_contains and encoding the partition information in the bi_bdev field. __bio_clone_fast was changed to copy the disk information, but not the partition information. At minimum, this regressed bcache and caused data corruption. I've cherry-picked torvalds/linux@62530ed onto this, which has been queued for stable immediately after 4.14.1. Even if we're not documenting how to use bcache, it shouldn't destroy users' file systems if they try to use it.
