Minor Vulp Update (Typing indicator, access to gauze markings)

About the PR

Vulps now have access to the gauze markings humans have access to.
Vulps now have a custom typing indicator.

Why / Balance

I overlooked their gauze markings a long time ago, they should have had access to them.
The typing indicator was intended from the start, but I wasn't able to sit down and sprite it. I am decently happy with the sprite.

Note: I have since fixed the offsets since when this video is recorded. The offsets are now correct, but thte video is mostly to display how the indicator looks ingame.

I'm not going to be able to sit down and work on improving the typing indicator for a little while.
If you are willing to merge this without the lighter version of the indicator, then thats perfectly fine and I will make a new PR to improve it, if not, let me know.
