* adding new controller msg service, register account types, register interfaces and boilerplate * fixing typo * fixing protodoc and regenerate godocs * adding channel id to MsgRegisterAccountResponse * adding sdk.Msg impl for MsgRegisterAccount * formatting imports * adding additional tests with multiple versions, creating TestAccAddress const
