This commit introduces a comprehensive mapping of Avro logical types to their corresponding Java types. - `decimal`: java.math.BigDecimal - `date`: java.time.LocalDate - `time-millis`: java.time.LocalTime - `time-micros`: java.time.LocalTime - `timestamp-millis`: java.time.Instant - `timestamp-micros`: java.time.Instant
