Q. If an email address doesn't exist on the contact, what happens?

A. The plugin sync ignores the record.

Q. If I have a duplicate email address on another contact, what happens?

A. The last record to be saved, wins. We toyed with the idea of a validation check, but this would also fire on a inbound hook and updates would not get saved in CRM. We decided it was best for the user to deal with the problem themselves.

Q. If a record is sync'd to mailchimp, what happens if I remove an email address?

A. The email address is removed from mailchimp list and the list selections updated.
