Добавляю возможность выбора оценки по умолчанию для прочтения курса. Можно задать при создании прочтения или изменить позже. Все записи на курс по-умолчанию присваиваются этому значению, поэтому задать оценку при создании вручную теперь невозможно. Но можно изменить после создания при надобности.
