TGCT Card Maker v1.2

This release fixes an issue experienced if a Web, Euro, PGA, or World player has a 0% cut percentage causing an error.

Program now only depends on .NET framework 3.5 to support older Windows XP machines by now using the HtmlAgilityPack package for the web scraping functionality. Also when the money amount reaches over 1 million, it will now display like so: $#.###M, and when the money is < 1 million it will add a comma to the thousands place. (Program is also a little more verbose)
