2020年9月14日,午间会议通报空气检测结果,空气质量检测项目为"空气温度、湿度、细菌,一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲醛指标"2013年的版国标待检测的室内空气污染物有5种(氡、甲醛、苯、氨、TVOC),2020年8月1日开始实施GB 50325-2020《民用建筑工程室内环境污染控制标准》”新国标”增加了甲苯和二甲苯,共7种。本次检测对比新老国标主要污染物仅甲醛一项是被包含的。对于是否应员工诉求,进行符合标准的检测,行方无行动计划。
2020年9月18日,一名毕业一年多的女生去九龙医院复查发现结节已经由6月份的2-4mm长大到了6mm。同事恐慌一片,领导开始有点重视了。在此之前领导一直是以维稳为主,一直想大事化小,小时化了,也许他们认为空气是否污染,他们可以通过空气检测结果来控制,结节是否由于空气导致的没有直接的推断。但是现在的情况是已经由2名同事做手术,多名同事接近8mm。如果更多同事像这位同事一样3个月长大2mm。快速增长的结节是恶性的可能性比较大。如果真出现了大面积的恶性结节,后果不堪设想。
2020年9月25日,第二位员工因肺部结节达到8mm预警而应医生建议做手术,左肺手术切除了5*4*2cm,约占肺部1/9,肺内还有多枚小结节。术后病理诊断结果“肺原位腺癌伴微浸润”。很多同僚都是多发性结节,肺部有多枚大小不一的结节,即使通过定期检查,像打地鼠一样逐一切除有恶化趋势的结节,恐怕身体也是扛不住的。毕竟每个人的肺都只有9个1/9,没有例外。
2020年10月9日,珠海赞同科技有限公司开始罢工。因为派驻在常熟农商银行金融科技总部2.5产业园外派人员20多名员工,大部分查出了肺结节。其中一个团队十人左右的团队,几乎全部中招,只有一位幸免。公司组织大家集体拒绝上班,除非搬离苏州2.5产业园办公室,去常熟办公。
2020年10月10日,一位银行女生员工血清癌抗检查,初诊为肺癌。肺部多个结节,最大的结节达到了7mm。毕业才一年,进入公司体检正常,年龄不到24岁,发生了这的事情,不敢告诉家里的爸妈。独自含泪面对。
2020年10月16日,多名雇员结伴到医院复查,两位结果为:多发GGO(ground—glass opacity,GGO)肺内磨玻璃密度影。出现了:结节数目增加,普通实性结节演变成更加危险的膜玻璃结节等情况。员工代表反馈银行有某类保险可以应对这种情况,行员可以联系沟通。难道银行即将正面应对这个情况?那么非行员怎么处理呢?
2020年10月27日,病友微信群成员达到了96人,即将突破100人。有一些人是领导,或者担心入群给领导留下不好印象,或者与其他落单的病友未能入群。所以说检出肺结节的同事超过100人是非常保守的估计了。今天群聊陆陆续续活跃了一整天。早上有两位同事都是6月份体检正常,现在复检发现新长出了结节。从8月份发现集体结节到现在过去了两个多月,行方领导只是做了一次范围覆盖很少的检测。买了几个小米空气净化器放在会议室。不需要任何生化医学常识,跟菜场大妈说一些也能做出判断,这个环境肯定是有问题的。但是领导始终采用鸵鸟策略,对于同事的诉求不闻不问。在过去两个月里,更多的同事检出了肺结节,已经检出肺结节的同事长出了更多的结节或者结节长得更大了,更严重了。如果越来越多人确诊了肺癌,我想大家是不会忘记领导们现在决策的责任的。

2020年11月01日,《中国新闻周刊》杜玮发文 常熟农商行百人查出肺结节:距离肺癌有多远?办公环境是诱因? 在此表示“共建和谐社会”
2020年11月02日,常熟农商银行在常熟市政府的监督下,成立了以纪委书记为组长的专项工作小组。银行员工选举了代表,负责收集大家的诉求。常熟总行人力资源部门驻场服务,答疑解惑,全额报销了银行员工的肺部检查费用。银行将邀请苏州常熟两地胸外科医生会诊CT影像片,全面排查肺部风险。计划在11月7-8日进行第三次空气质量检测。
2020年11月5日,银行邀请上海肺病医院专家到常熟农商银行金融科技总部 苏州2.5产业园M3栋集中会诊。专家意见是已收集的107份CT影像中,大部分无明显恶性表现,有十多个人膜玻璃结节,属于高危对象,需要没3到6个月一次定期复查。银行对外宣传口径是:两位手术的是原位癌,属于癌症的很早期,切除了就没有风险。一位肺癌血清抗体检测阳性需要继续观察。社会上大比例的人有肺部结节。

最近金融科技部员工肺结节事件,最新进展如何? 董秘:2.5产业园这个事情,第一时间我们组织了工作小组到现场调查情况,稳定员工情绪。现在整个科技部的员工情绪非常平稳,工作正常开展。 第二项是市委市政府要求我们做的启动第三次环境检测,目前检测工作已经开始启动,我们找了很多检测公司,很多公司都不愿意接这个活,因为关注度太高了。 在没有办法的情况下,我们请政府介入,政府的环境保护部门,安保部门帮我们推荐一家公司,目前这家公司已经推荐好了,经过我们的员工代表的认可。整个检测在前两天已经开始启动,那么检测结果可能会在1-2周以后才能出结果。
第三次办公环境检测的公司是:江苏金小满环境检测有限公司
2020年11月16日,氡气检测是需要24小时采样,16日早上,在员工代表的陪同下,检测公司现场采集记录了检测数据。现在可以确认的一点是负一楼氡气检测数值为4.9换算结果为181.3Bq每立方米。远超WHO的100和国标GB 50325-2020的150 Bq每立方米。氡气是公认的辐射致肺癌物。员工代表现场拍照记录,希望检测公司如实记录,希望银行积极正面面对。
“回复检测报告时间:问了下领导,领导问了一下行政部,行政部说打电话公司,公司回复检测数据多,最近比较忙,还要点时间。问具体时间,说暂时给不出。和领导讨论,领导说近期如果还有焦虑的同事可以给直属上级领导说,可以商量居家办公。抱歉,暂时没问到具体的检测报告出来的时间”
2021年1月4日,行内召开中层骨干和员工代表会议,内部通报2.5栋科技办公楼空气质量检测结果。会议确认氡气超标,确认1-5楼部分区域其它有害物质超标。决定关闭负1楼测试机房,并聘请专业公司对整栋大楼进行空气治理。现场传阅检测结果,但是不会对外公布检测报告。纪委张康德公告检测结果,并进行了训话。
