Fix #466
Reinstate immediate synchronous dispose in
takeandtakeWhilerather than relying solely on end() to dispose the whole Sink chain. Use SettableDisposable to deal with cases where source stream may end synchronously beforesource.runreturns (and thusSliceSink'sthis.disposableis not yet assigned)
