Error encountered when refreshing the view in the cylc graph gui is printed out to the terminal where it may be missed. As the previous graph is left behind if the user makes an invalid change to the suite.rc file they may be left under the impression that nothing has changed.
This PR pops up a dialogue box and clears the previous graph.
