Third beta release of 0.0.1

  • Added Windows support (in addition to OS X, Linux)
  • Multilevel commands under the cytominer-database namespace
  • Bug fixes
  • Improvements to package development, testing, and deployment including:

    • Publishing universal wheels
    • CI for Python 2.7 and 3.6 on Linux and Windows
    • Automated builds on readthedocs
