Avoid editing sphinx.sty, changes are moved to sphinx_template.py of d2lbook.
it is not necessary for now.
will be removed later
update sphinxlatexlists.sty to the latest version to support mxnet pdf compilation.
EPS format does not support transparency, so we use pdf instead.

Replace eps file with pdf file as eps format does not support transparency.
