What release are you using?
v7 (Will rerun with v8)
What will be done:
The results from ticket #76 and ticket #74 which used the code written in Pull Request PR28 will be run on the HPC cluster for a quick turnaround of results and table generation.
Tables to be produced
DESeq2 Results TSV and JSONL tables.
