[graphql-codegen] Change .cache folder to node_modules folder #25

Since this PR, some plugins removed the copying to the .cache folder as Gatsby now look up in the node_modules folder. As advised here, I think we should add ./node_modules/gatsby-*/**/*.js in the documents paths.

Thank you for this @Kerumen! Should we still keep the .cache/fragments/*.js to support older versions of gatsby?

If you want. I don't know if this can cause conflicts tho.

Hhhm, true. I will merge this & make the list of documents configurable so users can handle conflicts on their own if it happens. Thank you again for this!
