Attempting verification directly from Dafny using /typeEncoding:m sometimes leads to invalid declaration errors. The issue does not happen when printing to a Boogie file and then verifying that file directly with Boogie.

- Reorder output in dafny0/Fuel.dfy.expect. - Remove a post-condition in dafny0/FunctionSpecifications.dfy and update its .expect file. (This post-condition started timing out after the change.)
- DivergentPost was sometimes timing out during verification, it is now split into two: GoodPost and DivergentPost. - Removed deprecation flag and deprecated semicolons.
